„Das Gewicht der Welt“
ist ein metaphorischer Titel für zwei neue Arbeiten aus dem „Untersbergprojekt“.
Das verwendete Material, Salzachkiesel, verdankt seine Formen einem ständigen Prozess der Bewegung.
Ihm liegt die Erosion der Gebirge seit Millionen von Jahren bis in die Gegenwart zugrunde.
Diesen Prozess der Verwandlung transformiere ich in Prozesse der Bewegung, die miteinander verbunden und voneinander abhängig sind. Dabei sind die Gewichte ungleich verteilt…
Verbunden mit der Bewegung spielt die Erfahrung der Zeit eine wichtige Rolle.
„The Weight of the World“
is a metaphorical title for two new works from the “Untersberg project”.
The material used, pebbles from the Salzach river, owes its forms to a constant process of movement.
It is based on the erosion of the mountains for millions of years to the present day.
I transform this process of transformation into processes of movement that are connected and dependent on each other.
The weights are unevenly distributed…
Combined with movement, the experience of time plays an important role.
„Il peso del mondo“
è un titolo metaforico per due opere nuove del “Progetto Untersberg”.
Il materiale utilizzato, i ciottoli di fiume Salzach, deve le sue forme a un costante processo di movimento.
Si basa sull’erosione delle montagne per milioni di anni fino ai giorni nostri.
Trasformo questo processo di trasformazione in processi di movimento che sono connessi e dipendenti l’uno dall’altro.
I pesi sono distribuiti in modo non uniforme… In combinazione con il movimento, l’esperienza del tempo gioca un ruolo importante.
